Just so everyone knows the guy who did this is not being allowed to access his account.... it is frozen and if you get a "wire recall " and a "letter of indeminity" from the bank you sent him the money from, his bank should get you your money back.... it is just sitting in his account and he can not get to it it has been tagged by JPMorgan. these thing are not easy to get because the banks dont like to help people out and do a little paperwork.
