I bought the Xentec XENON HID KIT on January 3, 2014 on eBay for $22.50 (eBay Item number: 350964583588, Paypal Transaction ID #3XS91415J2468115C). Additionally, installation charges were $45.00. The bulbs worked at first. Then, after a month, the left headlight would flicker and come on intermittently. Soon thereafter, the right headlight would also flicker and come on intermittently. A week later, none of the headlights come on at all. Clearly, the bulbs were defective.

Since the bulbs were under warranty, I contacted the seller ("Annie") on March 17th. I was given the run-around with excuses ranging from "you ordered the wrong part for your car" to "you installed the bulbs incorrectly". After a series of email exchanges, during which I had to remove the bulbs, switch the left bulb with the right bulb, put on my old bulbs, etc., the seller finally agreed to refund the money after I shipped the bulbs to him.

By this time, 90 days had passed and the eBay transaction had become "stale dated". As a result, I couldn't use the help of eBay Customer Support. However, I continued to correspond with the seller via email. I shipped the bulbs to the seller on May 8th and received a delivery confirmation. However, since then, the seller has refused to reply to my emails. I have sent him a multitude of emails, but he obviously believes that I have no recourse, since I cannot seek the help of eBay. I would like to inform Mr. Andy Wu that he is in for a surprise if he believes that he can cheat customers by selling them defective merchandise and get away with it.
