After that I have not heard back from this seller even though I have contacted them 4 times. No contact back what so ever. They only provide email, no phone number, So you can probably figure out why they don't provide a phone number. Most honest seller have that and give you multiple ways to contact them since they have nothing to hide.
I want to warn everybody to buy any HiD kit from Xentec in Walnut CA, 91788. They seem to operate under different Seller IDs on Ebay like Dealtime321 and others. So watch out!
If you buy a product on Ebay you think they would have responsible sellers,don't take that for granted. Ebay will only help you during the grace period were the they can force the seller to reimburse you. Of course this seller delayed it beyond this point. Contacted Ebay and they told me my only option would be small claims court. So I do think Ebay could also improve on this issue to weed out dishonest sellers. Other than that I have only had great buying experiences on Ebay.

Hi,
I had purchased an HID conversion kit off ebay from user id "XENTECHID" with the same Walnut address. A P.O BOX. One of the ballasts went defective shortly after the 45 day buyer protection on ebay went out I was still instructed to mail it back, eBay kept saying they could not do anything based on the 45 day policy and I was so mad because this clown now has my money and my product that I mailed back to him.
So I've been busy fighting with eBay to resolve the matter for almost a month now. The seller has been dragging his feet. My grounds for a refund were because he's waving a 2 year warranty and not making good on it on eBay's website. Not good.
I got no reply back from the seller, message after message. Luckily by the grace of God that eBay has ruled in my favor even though it was outside the 45 days, eBay saw proof of me trying to contact the seller and that I had mailed back the defective unit and I got no response, so I should be expecting a refund within 72 hours. I told the eBay agent in the appeals department who was really nice about the situation, that if he has access to google to look up this ripoff report on XENTEC and he said he will forward this to his supervisor. Sellers like "XENTECHID" are why people are afraid to deal business online.
BUYER BEWARE!
