Debt relief USA was contracted with us to reduce our debt with our creditors, stop harrassing phone calls and keep us from bankruptcy, After we have paid them $9,080 from nov 07 till june of 09, of which they were supposed to take a 39.95 monthly maintanace fee, and keep the rest in a separate escrow acct to pay off creditors they negotiated a lower balance with, they not only
did non off the above, they charged us acct settlement fees every month anywhere from $210 to $440, but they did not settle any accts, they say we have $2611 in a escrow acct, and they negotiated two accts for us.

What they did was on our last statement, payed off the exact balance origanally due then charge us again $77.35 for another settlement fee, they did no negotiating. Then filed for Bankruptcy themselves! so that means what for our little $2611 escrow acct? and the other $4800 that has been taken from us for phony acct settlements? Is this the case for most of their clients? have they actually done what they stated they would for anyone? Then you might ask yourself how this company could possibly be bankrupt if they just recieved money from their cleints, did nothing but pay a couple of accts the original balance due and then pocket the rest!

They should be loaded with cash! Who is going to let this happen and not ask that question? what is going on? no regulations, no licence requirements from the states or government? This is an OUTRAGE! Where are all the lawyers looking for a case that could really help people out of getting taken for all this money? Are they really going to let them file for bankrupcy and steal all our money and start over and do it again? Please someone who has some answers Please!
