Decorative Concrete of Texas Justin Pearce Snottiest Shysters EVER !!!! McKinney, Texas

Was were quoted for stamped overlay originally.I was told Skim-Stone (Never heard of) would be the better route and would cover any imperfections of concrete and would be more cost effective. I had concerns when first base coat was laid about the covering of imperfections, was told the color would cover. Paid for additional materials to be applied after the first color because it did not cover. Mr.Pearce stated it didnt because the OWNERS REMOVED THE ORIGINAL SURFACING but prior to starting the job I specifically asked if there was any other preparation work that needed to be done before moving forward. Again was told by Mr. Pearce it would cover with no issues. 
He became frustrated when asked anything about the process and as the job continued the frustration became more obvious.He was under the impression we were trying to control the work. We just started having a bad feeling because of the way the work was looking. Thursday Afternoon, I called Mr. Pearce and had concerns before the sealer was applied. He assured me the edges and all concerns would be addressed before the sealer was applied by the crew member. Friday morning the crew shows up and Todd told them if the edges were finished out and the sealer was applied, it should look good. They were sealed over even dirt. I have contacted the manufacturer of the material and was told the process od application was completely wrong and one company they show on their site to be certified by, he is no where on their site so I would look at his so called credentials and make sure they are correct. I found out too late they are not. 
I have tried numerous times to reach out and ask as a business owner for Mr. Pearce to stop by and look at work that was a concern. He refused and stated he believed the word of his crew. I have emailed  numerous times trying to resolve this and get no response. I have tried going through all the right channels and now filed suit in small claims court.
I was told over two months ago he would stop by and look and make it right. Still a no show and thinks he has done the right thing. 
I would never recommend this company. I have had 4 other companies look and can not believe any company owner would allow this kind of work and and think it is okay.
