This company is garbage. They also go under the brand of Aicok. Both brands advertise fake warranties. My robotic vacuum cleaner is still under their "2 year warranty." The product stopped working. They do not respond to warranty claims!

They do not answer emails for warranty claims and do not have contact phone numbers. Their retailers are so inundated with calls that they don't return phone calls or provide customer service. I personally sent 8 emails regarding warranty to the manufacturer and called the retailer 9 times, leaving vm twice and speaking with a rep once.

DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY.

They also figured out a way to prevent people from leaving reviews on their products on Amazon, as well as disabling reviews and hiding bad reviews on previously sold products. This is why you see many of their listings with a lot of answered questions but low count of reviews.
