Dell Computer Company ripoff Ohio

i bought a dell lap top in 2002. when i was buying it i had gotten a dell preferred account thinkin i could just make the payments till i could pay the whole thing off. well i payed on it for a year and then i payed it off. so i thought. when i sent the payoff in i was in the process of moving so i gave them my change of address in the change of address box and checked it. about three months later i get a call from a collections agency saying that i owed dell $30.00. i didn't understand so i called dell and asked them where this amount came from and they couldn't tell me. at that time i was unhappy with there so called excellent customer service i hung the phone up and call the collection agency back and told them that i would pay it right away.

so i payed over the phone. now its 2005 and my charger cord for my lap top is worn out to the point i can see wires. so i got on the phone with dell and placed my order and i wanted it billed to my perferred account because of no intrest till june of 2005. when they went to send it the dell represtentive told me that it wouldn't go though and that i had to call the preferred account department. so i made the call. to make a long story short i was on the phone and the internet from 10am till 1:30pm and i was told because of the late payment my acount was froze and even though i had cancelled it and applied again due to the payment issue i was not to be given an other account at this time...i feel that i was riped off by a employee of dell who can't see the checked change off address box and can't read and type the new address into there data base.
