dept. of law and investigations cash net loan that I never took Capistrano Valley, California

I received a phone call twice from this company stating that I had taken a pay day loan about 2 years and never paid it back.  First of all I don't do payday loans.

This guy on the phone identified himself as an officer of the law with a common english name of Officer Shaun Miller.  When you talk to him he is not at all American.  He is a foreigner.  He told me that I was being listened to by a federal person.  The federal person never identifie themself to me on the phone. 

This guy has all my vital information from bank account number, routing number, bank name, ss#, home address, home phone number, references, etc. 

I did some investigating with my bank and never took this loan. 

When we called to verify the address of this company the address that they gave doesn't exist. 

When are these people going to be stopped.  How many more people do they have to ruin before something is done.
