Dept of Law and Investigations Daniel White and or Jonathan Knight? They called and left a message on my cellphone that I had to get a lawyer or call them back. I called and they said I owed money for a cash advance that was never paid. they said I had to pay $1219 or n/a, Nationwide

I received a message on my cell phone from a company named Dept of Law and Investigations. They said I had to pay a cash advance that I did not pay.
They asked me to fax a letter with my email address, copy of photo ID, and state that I agreed to have 2 installments taking out of my bank account to pay off this debt or I would go to jail. 
I investigated a few things and called them back and asked them for a letter of validation of debt..and was told that If they couldnt send me that  it probably ment that it was a fraud. They said they could not give me that information.They said I would have to go to the Distirct Court of Philaldelphia...
I asked them what the name and number of the Cash advance co was they gave it to me. I called and no one answered...but they called me right back and sounded like the same people as beforeForeign accent
