Dermabelle- ilumaderm  I need help Santa Ana California

It is not fair for me to billed for something I don't want with false information. I call in the first time and cancel and still wasn't inform that it was different companies on that site... I order from garcinia cambogia and was rop off but I understand that I couldn't received my money back because I use their products but why can't I get my money back from dermabelle- ilumaderm if I never open or used their products. Why are they forcing their products on me.

On the website it did not say that the products was a trial run and that it was a monthly subscription on this walgreens website. I call the number provided and cancel everything got my cancellation number and everything not knowing that it was different companies on one website. I got billed again so i call again and it was the worst customer service ever i can't even remember her name i know it start with a S...she did not wanted to provide me the mailing address to return my products even though i stress to her that the product wasn't touch it was still in the box. I just want my money back. She said once you are bill that's that.... so now I'm stuck with their products i don't want.
