Design Savers Plan ripoff offered me supplemental health insurance and the doctor they referred me to never heard of them and they didn't cancel my account and kept charging me for the service. Aurora Colorado

I was contacted by this company they told me that they could save me on my medical costs meanwhile they referred me to a docter that never heard of them or said are they affiliated with them. Design Savers Plan told me to call them to get pre-certified for this docter and said they would fax over a precertificaton qwhich the docters office said they never recieved or ever heard of and did not recognize their id card. Meanwhile, I got stuck paying for almost $260.00 to enroll and get the first months payment. after the docters visit I contacted the company and spoke to a supervisor that told me that he would investigate the problem and never followed up.

I called Design Savers Plan to cancel the account 3 times until I finally suceeded in doing so and was stuck paying over $125.00 for another month and nobody could help me get a refund.
