Destiny Sales INC Six Months and still waiting Dallas, Texas

I purchased a 2-year subscription to "Country Garden" magazine from Destiny Sales Inc of Dallas, Texas.   This purchase was made on Nov. 12, 2009.  It is now almost June of 2010 and still no magazine.

My receipt has a phone number (which is never answered) as well as an email address (also never answered).

I have tried calling and emailing for MONTHS with no response.

PLEASE beware of these people.  They use door-to-door salespeople (who are often handicapped, recovering, released, etc) to (apparently) pull on your heart-strings.

The salespeople are not the problem.  The check I wrote was to Destiny Sales Inc.  I have a receipt from Destiny Sales Inc.
