Dial America Wrongful Termination El paso Texas

 I was working for Dial America for two days. Going through training , on the 3rd day I was called into the office with the hiring recruiter saying there had been a problem with my background check. When I show up she tells me I failed to click yes on a choice on my application stating if I had been convicted of a felony being that I had not been convicted of a felony I chose no! But I had been convicted of a misdemeanor.. Everything else was dismissed . She said I should have clicked yes and I would have kept my job but since I failed to disclose that I was convicted of a misdemeanor I could no longer work with the company... ??? I don't understand this.. there's people there working with felonies and still have there job. I feel like maybe I was terminated for other reasons I just really want to know if what they did was right. And if I could possibly get my job back or who I can talk to..
