Diamond Rock Partners Jessica Spear Did not compensate me for rendered services and scammed money Palo Alto California

Someone by the name of Ms. Brown reach out to me in reference to an Marketing Sales Executive position from a compant called Diamond Rock Partners, she sent me a copy of the contract which stated that I would be compensated in the amount of $3, 410.00 for tge first month of training. I had to list items on Ebay and go back and forth with a supervisor by the name of Jessica Spear. Everything seemed to go well with the first two sales, but the last sales which was the Snap on Verdict which was sold at 896.00 dollars went sour. I was given tracking, which I submitted to the customer, supposingly it was shipped to the wrong address and they wanted to refund the customer 100.00 but he needed to lift the hold on the funds. He did and was refunded. I was then told to transfer the money from my pay pal to my account go to a western union, send the money to someone by the name of Valentina in Takir UK, to be sure to make it seem as though it was a relative or it would take longer to process. Then was told that the merchandise was damaged due to a vehicle accident with the delivery driver and the merchandise was damaged. I relayed this information to tge customer and he seem somwhat upset but calm. I often wonder if they were working together being thayt he too was from California and he could've easy went picked up the merchandise. I was told that I would receive my check on 5/25/2019. I have yet to receive it, when I emailed Jessica, she sent back some crappy BS saying that "this information has been brought to The Diamond Rock Partners attention and we have launched an investigation and still nothing a month later. Now I have a negative balance of 896.00 with ebay due to this BS. Ive been with ebay for years and this has never happened.
