I was hired to work for Diamond Rock Partners as a Sales Executive Assistant. What my job duties were to do was to post items on E-bay to sell products (Books, new inventions) for companies. I was to get an 8% commision off each sale and was contracted $3,410.00 for every month services rendered.  I was assigned a supervisor (Jessica Spears) With whom I've only had contact with over e-mail. Never have spoken with her even though I have requested her many times to speak with me over the phone.  The first two items that I have sold Jessica told me that the customer where to pick them up at the warehouse (which happen to be in different states). When I asked Jessica where the warehouses were at she never told me.

Plus the items that I were selling were used items also. Not the new items that I was expecting to sell for certified companies. The last item that I sold were 2 bike tires that came up to 1,687.30. I got the money from the buyer and sent it to an personal e-mail address, not an business account through PayPal. As the tires were to be shipped to the buyer on E-Bay Jessica e-mailed me this B.S. excuse that they were shipped to the wrong address and to refund the buyer $200.00 which I did. Then she e-mailed me another B.S. excuse that the tires were damaged during shipping and that I am to refund the buyer with the money that I already transfered through Paypal to a personal M.S.A513@outlook.com. So rightfully so the buyer took back his 1,687.30 so I'm negative that through PayPal and in bad standing with E-Bay. In an E-mail Jessica sent me this information

$3,410.00 (main salary)
$200.00 (bonus for your troubles due the mixed up packages)
$360.00 (overhours)
total: $3,970.00 That I should be recieving close to $4,000! I should of recieved it 3 weeks ago! I asked her to e-mail me copy of the paystubs (an easy request for a ligimiate comany) and she said that she couldn't give them to me because they were already in the mail. I requested that she send my payment or at least the buyer's refund through Paypal and she said she couldn't because the checks were already in the mail. I've tried calling the company with the number on the company's website and nobody will return my calls. Unfortunately there are two victimns in this case. The person buying those tires and me. Hopefully I will get the money that I was due!
