diamond sales, Inc. Young man told me he was a college student wanting to raise money to study abroad in Australia. He was selling magazines. I paid $30.00 for 24 month subcription to cooking light magazine Mt. Sinai, New York

 On May 22, 2010, a young college aged man came to my door selling magazines.  He used the line that he knows one of the neighbors down the street.  He also said that he was selling magazines to raise money so that he and a few other students at Florida Atlantic University can study abroad this summer.  He said that He was a geography student and that he was going to study in Australia.    I purchased a 24 month subscription to cooking light magazine for thrity dollars.  I wrote a personal check, made out to Diamond sales, Inc. I was told that it would take up to 12o days to receive the magazine.  I still have the receipt (pink slip/proof of sale).  I called the number on the receipt and there was no answer.  I then reported the scam to your website on November 10, 2010.    I also called customer service at cooking light magazine and reported the situation to their complaint office.
