I live in San Jose, CA and had the same experience with this company as everyone else has reported on this site so, I will spare the redundant details. However, I did speak with someone with this company at the phone number provided who did issue me a refund via a bad check! This bad check costs me an extra ten-dollar fee at my bank. This stunt has motivated me to tirelessly ensure that this company is brought to justice!

I have filed a complaint with the United States Postal Service and the New York Attorney General. I encourage everyone who has had a similiar experience to do the same. My next step is to file a fraud alert with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) since this company has been working under the guise that they provide magazines to a children's hospital. Perhaps this company has a tax ID number and has received a tax exempt status. Hopefully the IRS will be more motivated and responsive in bringing this fraudulent company to justice!
