I purchased a autoreponder system from this company, I never received a confirmation of my purchase. I tried to log into system, I could not log-in. So I called the company 4pm in the afternoon on a weekday, I got a voicemail. I also put in a support ticket. I called back the next day again during normal business hours, went to voicemail. No matter which department you choose they all go to voicemail. I have now left multiple voicemail messages and opened 3 support tickets and still no response. I cancelled my membership and now I'm hoping for a refund.
