Digital Ad Gear claims to provide leads and email services for business opportunity seekers. They claim to provide you with email campaigns to people who are interested in home businesses,provide you with leads of people who are interested in business opportunities.

I purchased a email campaign from them for 300,000 leads for about 45.00(not a bad price at all). I tried to purchase ad tracking services in order to track my campaign and i got a message that my account had been suspended due to excessvie failed transactions!! I had just opened the account the previous day, and had been in it only once to order the email campaign. I was highly upset.

I tried calling the 877 number they provided all day and i got the same message for every option(they have about 4 options to choose from)....all operators are busy please leave a message and someone will call back! I dont see how its possible that you can't get one operator for 8 hours!!! Naturally i was more upset.

I sent a support ticket expressing my problem and my dissapointment. Two days later i have no answer to my support ticket, no one ever called me back(i did leave a message as per their request), and when i do call the 877 # i get the same message.....all operators are busy!!

They claim they are a Stilbox Marketing LLC company so i looked up Stilbox Marketing LLC and found practicallu nothing on them. I did happen to find another 205 area code number to call. I called that number and guess what???? I got the same recording messages as the 877 #. Since they have a 205 area code number,it's reasonable to believe that these ripsoffs are located somewhere in Phily, although they provide you with no known address.

I had to come to the conclusion that i have been ripped off!!! I am writing this report to warn all others.....do not use them!! Their phone numbers are fake, they dont answer support tickets.

I did notice that they offer an affiliate program, and i have seen several affiliate sites on the web. For those are who part of the affiliate program you are offering bogus services because Digital Ad gear does not deliver and they do not contact any customers. Please avoid them!!!

I am very sorry you had such a negative interaction with our company.  We have been in business 7 years and have had thousands of satisfied clients.  Our services and support are constantly improving and I would encourage you to take another look.  Go to Digitaladgear.com and call the number on the site.  Furthermore if you would like to come back to us to rectify the issue we would be happy to provide you with a free month of service.  We had refunded your money since you had made it clear this is the only course of action you would accept.

I called during the week about my support ticket response. I started calling on a Monday. So that nonsense about how no one answered because it ws the weekend is false!!

If you had another 877 number to call while your so called person was on a 2 monthh leave, how come it was not posted on your website? How come it was mentioned on your recording to call an alternate 877 number??

You cannot convince me i was not being ripped off!!! I sent a support ticket stating that if you were for real, have a real person call me and prove to me that my order was completed and i would take your company off the Ripoff Report.

Instead NO ONE called me and all of a sudden i received a refund!! If you were for real you would have called me in order to keep my business!!

You people are fake!!! Stay away from them everybody!!

This customer was caught in a time in our business when our live sales/support person was on an extended 2 month break.  However we do employ other work-at-home reps that are available to answer support tickets and emails (the primary contact method our customers use) and this customers request were attended to.  As of the moment they submitted this complaint it had been 2 days which is our max response time and in most cases this is due to the weekend we are not always able to respond to tickets.


In any case, we wish you inform anyone reading this that our live sales/ support person is back from their break and if you call our 877-736-1551 phone number you will reach a person or be called back within just hours from 9am-5pm EST.
