I recieve disability social security. June 3, 2014 I went to an ATM a got a insufficient funds notification. I called the card company immediately. I was told that there was a $395 authorization pending for approval waiting for western union. I told them I never made this transaction or authorised it. I was sent to the fraud department made a complaint and was given western unions number to do the same with them. I called western union and was told that there was a transaction and that it hadn't gone thru yet and that they would cancel this and I should see a credit within 48 hours. I waited till the next day less than 24 hours and was told that it went through and that I would have to send a letter explaining what happened and that they don't have my money.

They didn't care that I had the names of the people I spoke with about this, the time, nothing. I contacted the police, FTC , BBB, social security, I don't know what else to do. i was sent a letter stating to return paperwork within 10 days and a preliminary credit would be placed on the account. I was told the paperwork was due on June 23, 2014 they claim they didn't get it until June 24, 2014 so no credit will be given. I would have sent the mail certified but cannot due to po box address. I'm getting the run around. Not only has my identity been stolen (even tho I still have my card in my possession) there are other charges that I did not know about. I've disputed those also. It's been since June 3, 2014 it's now going into August. Please help!! All purchases were made with my card number.
