One day after I received my disability check $563.00 was taken out of my account. Atm card att a location im not even aware of. Somehoe they withdrewwithdrew my funds without my card. I called direct express put in a fraud report and they denied me my money back. Said it wasn't unusual. Are they crazy. Where I use my card you cannot withdraw this amount and I never withdraw that amount. So I sent an appeal they said they didn't get it so I sent another. Which they said they received October 28. I sent on 2nd. The fraud was commented on sep 4. Wow !. I told them to go to the bank where it happened and they could see it wasn't me or my card. Guess what still no funds and no answer. And you can't ever talk to any high power I really need some help. My mother also just passed away and in desperate need of whats coming to me. This company sucks. Give me my disability money. Oh yes im a veteran also.
