Prior to May o1, 2011-I had been purchasing items from DSN for several years. I never had any problems that were not taken care of by a phone call prior to that. On May 10, 2011 I ordered a 14KY gold with 6x4 paraiba tourmaline set in it. I immediatly called back (within 10 minutes) and cancall
order. On August 25, 2011-Along comes a box from DSN(I am thinking it is order placed in July-which I have never yet received!)I opened the box to find a flimsy(dime stores appearing)ring barely any gold to ring-doesn't even resemble ring shown on TV. So I sent it back via USPS-insured and I still have receipt. Then in July I placed another two orders, 1 was a 14ky gold ring with two carat pink tourmaline stone set in it. I August I sent them a individual e-mail regarding each item, the item#, date of order, amount paid etc. NO ANSWER! Then I had also placed last fall a order for 2 sets of two diamonds which I also never received. No one answers any e-mails.

AND ON AND ON, WHY DID THIS COMPANY START DOING THIS??? THEY WERE A REPUTABLE COMPANY AT ONE TIME. IF THEY DON'T HAVE THE MERCHANDISE-JUST RETURN THE MONEY - PLEASE

I used to love Direct Shopping Television even though they never really had anything I felt I could afford to purchase.

I was recently attempting to find them on the internet and I came across this website after failing to find an operating link.

The company was founded in 2001 and is based in Glendale, California. On July 25, 2012, an involuntary petition for liquidation under Chapter 7 was filed against Direct Shopping Network LLC in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. The involuntary petition was approved by the Court on November 29, 2012.
