Direct Shopping Network DSN No Refund After 4 months Glendale, California

My first experience with DSN will definitely be my last. I purchased a $600 dollar ring with a full refund guarantee within 30 days of purchase. I made the customer service rep that I spoke to repeat this guarantee to make sure I understood and only went forward with the purchase because it was promised my money would be refunded fully if for any reason I did not like the ring.
 Obviously the diamonds they show in the ring on the television are better quality than the poor quality actually received, so my return.

Ordered ring on 8/21/11. Received it on 8/25/11. Mailed it back to DSN on 8/29/11 with delivery confirmation so I could make sure nothing would go wrong, right. Wrong! I have the proof DSN received it at 9:38 a.m. on 8/31/11. DSN is claiming it wasn't received until 9/8/11, still within the 30 day full money back guarantee. After 3 months and no refund to my credit card I started contacting them. Needless to say after many emails and phone calls (was on hold up to 40 minutes each time) absolutely no response from them. I have yet to receive an email, phone call, letter in the U.S. mail, or a refund in what is now 4 months.

This obviously is illegal and immoral practices. I unfortunately only found out about their abhorrent track record afterwards. Did a simple search on the Internet and have found too many complaints regarding DSN that I am appalled that they are still in business. I will use all avenues to get my money back and make sure that DSN continues to have complaints filed against them to warn unsuspecting consumers. I thought they were reputable like QVC or HSN. DSN is not reputable or trust worthy. They can and will rip you off! Do Not Buy from DSN for any reason!
