DIRECT SHOPPING NETWORK UNETHICAL COMPANY - BEWARE!!! GLENDALE , California

I ordered a pendant via phone on 07/04/11 in the amount of $131.95.

After quite a while of waiting, I called to follow-up on the shipping status.  I was told that it was in the shipping department and that they would get it shipped immediately.  I waited until 08/15/11 and called again.  I was told the same story.  I then asked that the order be cancelled and a refund be issued as soon as possible.

Since that time I have spent many hours holding for Customer "NO" Service and sent many emails, none of which were answered.

It is now 09/28/11 and still NO REFUND.

I have filed complaints with the California Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.

Something needs to be done about this company's unethical practices.

If you look on the internet, there are many complaints against this company.

I only wish that I had checked them out prior to my purchase.

I do not have money to throw away like this!!
