On 12/11/2016 I ordered the remote control Shark and Nemo fish.
On 12/12/2016 the company took out of my account 79.90.
On 12/20/2016 I received an emil:
Hey Sherrie
As our loyal customer at Hobbies Discount, this email is jus a courtesy reminder that your purchas is on its way!
Your product should be arriving within the next 1-2 weeks. If for whatever reason you do not receive your product within this time, please email us to let us know so that we can ensure your satisfaction and enjoyment of our products.
We ask that you allow the above timeframe for delivery before emailing us back.

This email said that my order was ship and to arrive within 1-2 weeks. This has been 3 weeks and I still do not have the order. Could you please track the package or give me my money back. Not receiving this package has ruined my plans for my husbands birthday. I have has to rush and get him something else.
