I ordered the DVD Song of the South from their internet advertisement on August 21, 2008. Received an e-mail from them saying they received my order and gave an order number 451DFE9E-48AD825C-549-13C26C and another e-mail saying they have taken $24.95 from my charge account. To date I have not received the DVD. I have e-mailed them three times for help and they do not respond.
