DIV TECH's DVD of Song of the South is a poor product. It has the following defects:The DVD must be fast-forwarded through the opening credits to get the movie to run or the credits will just keep repeating.
The original Technicolor intensity is absent.The scene is missing where Johnny is actually given the puppy.
The chicken-roasting scene is missing.Sharpness is poor.
DIV-TECH does not respond to e-mails regarding their product.

I just received a copy of "Song Of The South" from DivTech. I am completely satisfied with the quality. The copy I received had no problems regarding the opening credits, as mentioned in the previous complaint. The picture quality is pretty good, as well as the sound quality.
As for the customer service, I did not need to deal with them, so I have no comment. However, I received the dvd about 9 days after placing my order. Hope this helps.
