I ordered a DVD from this company on 7/6/07. On the website (songofthesouthremastereddvd.com) it states that the order will be shipped after payment has been received and that you should receive your order within a week of the order date. Plus the boast free delivery confirmation tracking.
I still have not gotten my DVD nor have I gotten any response to the 2 emails I have sent to them with questions about this product. I do not trust this site nor the crack pot show running.

DVD arrived late and there is a different email for customer service

I finally got the dvd (though I have not played it to check for quality). On the site it says that it will be shipped as soon as payment is received, though it was not mailed until 8 days later and I never got any kind of tracking information as again stated on the website.
I tried to reach customer service using the email listed on the site however I got no response. I finally decided to use the email that was listed on my PayPal receipt and I got a response within the 24 hour timeline.
Like I said, I have not tried it for quality, but am still not satisfied with the overall service. This was supposed to be a present for my fiance' before we got married, now it is too late.
