I have been ripped-off by DOC PREP 123 after engaging their 'guaranteed services.' Since my Chase home loan mod was denied 12/2011 - DOC PREP 123 (Ashley) has refused to answer my numerous emails & phone calls demanding a refund of their fee ($1,700) - as per company guarantee.

Additionally, they did NOT complete the forms correctly, thus placing me in non-stop actions for 4 mo of continuously resubmitting/faxing info to Chase.

I strongy urge you - Buyer Beware - take your business elsewhere.

Citation Processing Center - Parking and Administrative Citations Cypress, CA College - Safety Police Head In Only ticket. On the weekend when they have swap meet events. First, the posted parking rules, we have to scan a barcode QR to see the rules or read teh rules. Well when Iscanned the website was dwon, broken link I think.
