I have been a customer with doctor-scripts for over 3 years, My medical records are always up to date, and Credit Card payment always successful...Last October, I had yet another consultation. I "passed" and was charged to my CC. Then, of course, my meds were charged...That is usually the way it works...BUT THIS TIME, I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE 10/31/2007, CREDIT CARD CHARGED UP, AND STILL "QUED TO PRINT AT PHARMACY". eVERY TIME i WOULD CALL, (AFTER ABOUT 45 MINUTES OF BEING ON HOLD) i WAS JUST TOLD THAT THERE WAS A BACK UP AT THE PHARMACY. NOW THESE SCAMMING F_ING PIECES OF SH_T JUST LEAVE THEIR PHONES BUSY. I have not been this disgusted or pissed off since the attacks of 9-11.
I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF AND EVEN HAVE MY BANK INVESTIGATING "FRAUD" FROM THEM!!
