Ask Dr Tech useless ripoff outlandish late fee dirty deceptive SOB fraud liar scam company California USA

Ask Dr. Tech Useless and non-responsive ripoff cheated employees and screwed the customers even more outlandish ripoff late fees dirty SOB's deceptive company San Ramon Or S.F. CA .....

The problems with Ask Dr. Tech are that their technicians are incompetent and their management will ignore you if you complain. I signed up for two accounts, one for me and one for my wife. We submitted three issues in the first couple of weeks and they were unable to solve any of them. Later I solved all of the problems myself with a little research - they weren't esoteric.

I wrote to Ask Dr. Tech to ask for my money back. I sent them emails and I sent three snail mails to their offices, as listed on their web site. They did not even bother to respond.

And then a couple of days ago I got an email from them saying my subscriptions had been revoked because my credit card had expired (I'd used a one-time number, thank heavens).

I believe that there is absolutely nothing good about Ask Dr. Tech. Unless you are a total novice, they will not be able to help you. And once they have your money, you can forget about getting any response to a complaint.

I have been in computing for many years, and Ask Dr. Tech is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. You are crazy if you give them money.
