 I placed an order - guarranteed to deliver before Christmas. My credit charge was billed. the merchandise never

arrived.

I have been emailing - requesting a refund .

Now they want to charge the card again to reship - of all the nerve! Ship what, whre did it go?

I'm going to find the card and claim fraud.
