These are just some of the complaints that I have located on line regarding Dresslily.com. I have been ripped off by these scammers as well.  This business needs to be stopped in their tracks immediately.  Thieves and scammers are all they are and these complaints are validation:

Ordered a 2x dress... it fit my 11 year old. Got the impression im not going to get my money back.

Horrible service refused to return and refund for items and closed my complaint. $160 for 2 adult coats that wouldn't fit a 3rd grader. 

I have never seen such poor quality clothing!!I will never, and I suggest you never, purchase any clothing from this company!

DO NOT order from this company...it is a rip-off and a scam!!! Their clothes on the website are nothing like what you get in real life, everything is cheaply made. Worst of all their sizes are 3-4 times too small. A XL dress is actually a small; nobody over a size 4 can wear their clothing. Everything about this site is a misrepresentation
even if you use the size chart they will not fit I ordered extra large... they are about size 4 


Friends, I would strongly suggest you not buy ANYTHING from Dressliliy.com.I ordered a cute dress from them that was supposed to be a size 18.
When it got here it was at best a size 12 and REEKED like gasoline.
In order to return it they wanted me to take pictures to prove that they sent the wrong size (which I think they sent what I asked for but that's not the size that it is) and IF they approved the return, I would have to pay shipping PLUS a 15% restocking fee.
I am very upset with the clothes I ordered and received. They are smaller than the size on clothing. They are not dresses they are shirts. These clothes are junk

I ordered pants and a sports bra last month and my purchase never arrived. I talked with papal and all they could supply me with was a china phone number. How can paypal, banks etc support companies that steal from potential consumers who trust in them?

They are robbing the world The FBI needs to get involed immediately immediately. This site is a coverup for something and its generating a lot of cash. Some 1 needs to be arrested and money needs to be returned. 

Clothes did not meet their description when they finally arrived! Also it appears that the sizing of the clothes is inadequate - completely disappointed and won't be ordering from there again

I'm a size 12 woman's. So when I found the winter coat that I wsnrsd, I checked their size chart and a 2 XL was recommended. No problem. I ordered my coat made out of a "wool blend" on January7th. My 2 XL winter coat arrived crammed into a 6"x 10" envelope on March 27th. It's too small for my 11 year old, 5 feet tall 100 lb. daughter. 

Swimsuit ordered according to their size chart. Did not fit, so I allowed my much smaller daugh ther (a size 0) to try it on. It was too small for her as well. It was a MEDIUM.

I ordered two blouses which took a month to arrive. I used their sizing table chart to help me with the sizing, I’m normally a size 3 or S, so I still when ahead and order them in M, on top of the fact that they took a month to arrive, they have no tags, the material is supper cheap and they were SO small I couldn’t fit an arm in the sleeves;

Whatever you do DO NOT order anything from this website. They're honestly thieves. I ordered an item January 28, 2014 and it STILL IS NOT HERE on March 16, 2015. Every time I try and correspond about where my package is I am given nothing but the run around and they REFUSE to refund my money back! 

I ordered a long sleeve shirt on 12/27/14 and just received 3/14/15. Customer service is terrible. Every complaint I sent was answered with the same thing: that I should be patient. When I did got the shirt in, the sizing is about four sizes off. I ordered an XL and it fit someone that normally wears an XS! Do not buy from this company, they are the worst and should be shut down for fraud! 

Size/measurements are totally wrong. I am size 6 and I ordered according to their item description. But even my size 0 daughter can't fit in their clothes. Also, material is cheap.

Stole my banking info and charged my account 800.00 for a 30.00 order

On February 3rd I ordered three blouses after seeing advertisements on Facebook.On March 6th I finally received my order in a tiny white mail pack which concerned me.

When I opened the pack to try on my items I was disappointed at the quality but even more disappointed at the sizing. XL shirts should not be able to fit a 12 year old girl! One of the tops was damp, smelled like mildew and had mold growing on the lace. Either it got wet during the month long journey from China (literally) or was damp when Dresslily mailed it

DO NOT purchase from this company. They are based in Singapore. I purchased $170 of very poor quality clothing, all of which were grossly missized.

Ordered 3 items from DRESSLILY and to date I have not recieved them. I ordered them in Jan. 2015. I have submitted several email complaints to the company with no resolution on issue. They offered to refund my money but have yet to return it to my bank account

Such a scam!!!!! Never recieved my order after 90 days!!! When I was told 10-45. Stole my money. Don't buy from this site!!!!!!!!!

If there is no picture, we can offer you 2 solution:

1. refund you 20 usd to payment account or refund you 23usd to your dresslily wallet.

2. You can return them back to us, when we receive it, we will solve it for you.
