Dress Lily OR dresslily.com Scam on clothing sale Internet - China Internet

Dress lily is a complete scam. Beware of buying from these people or any other company that is not inside the US as they know the limitations we have to claim on their wrong doing.

I purchased a couple of shirts, and a sweat pant that look so nice on the pictures on their website. It took like 6 weeks for delivery and when it finaly arrived I was shocked on what I saw. Not only the Large shirts ans pants look lke it will fit a 10 years old kid but the quality of the fabric is horrible. I immediately contacted them and we started a back and forth communication that lasted for about 2 months until I finally did what it was intended by them at the frst place: I gave up!

They first blamed the size of the shirts and pants on me, because, according to them, I failed to look at the size chart: LARGE is LARGE if you are selling clothing on America, but if they send clothes tagged larged for a chinese guy, it's not going to fit a 6 Ft tall, 200 lbs guy like me. That's the first step on their scam: They are looking to get rid of clothes they probaby can't sell by label them with large tags and send their trash overseas, where they know it will be difficut to file and win a complaint.

I filed a claim with Paypal (shame on them too) and Dress Lily offered a $23.00 refund. Will the $23.00 refund will make the clothes fit? Of course not, so I declined the offer and asked them for a full refund and a pre paid label so I can ship their stuff back to China. They said I will get a refund if I can ship back, on my dime, the stuff back to them as long as it is there by October 30th. They know it will not be there that quick, that's why they make the offer. I pressure for a prepaid label so I can return their garbage and the Paypal response is that they can't force the seller to pay for the shipping back to them. Come on, if they are trying to scam me, the least I can expect is to have Paypal on my side, nit on the side of the Chinese thieves.

I ended up losing my money, I will probably donate the clothes to a charity.

DON'T BY AT DRESS LILY or any other internet company unless you are certain you can file a strong complaint. Stop paying with Paypal, they are not on the consumer side.
