Drive Time ,Ugly Duckling told all my references I was behind in my pymts Phoenix Arizona

lost my job Oct 2008, got behind in my pymts this year 2009, been paying on the car for 3/yrs, have had trouble w/the front end since I bought it, they dont care, they have called all my references and told them I am behind in my pymts, they are now threating to take my unemployment and refuse to taske the car back, I have a hyandai accent, that is tecnically paid for I have already paid over 15K for a used vehicle, this company needs to be put out of business. How they treat people should be against the law.
