Drive Time - Ugly Duckling ugly duckling Sold a car I volentary repoed at an action for lesser value without notifying me Round Rock, Texas

Hello I am a soldier who recently purchased a 2006 chevey colbalt from drive time that was a good car no problems was put on a military program and everything was going great until my car was totaled in a car accident.  The car was paid off and my husband and I went back to the dealership to get put in a vehicle of same value with no down payment.  Little did we know that they were going to run my credit and lower the value of vehicle they were going to put me in, have me pay a down payment and pull me from the military program.  Then when my clearance was pulled due to a vehicle on my credit and other things I found out that by texas state law and federal law they are to inform me when they decide to seel it in a private or open auction so I can make an attempt to purchase the vehicle back the only notification I recieved was a letter stating that they sold the vehicle for 3,900 which when i purchased the vehicle it was for 11,00 now i owe them 8,800. They are refusing to pull it from my credit since they failed to inform me i want to let every soldier know not to buy from them since most of their buisness is soldiers.  They will do every thing they can to screw you over. The reason I gave them the car back is because right after I bought the vehicle it started to have problems with the transmisoion suspension and the interior stared to fall apart.  Every time I called and requested that they fix what was wrong since it was still under warrenty they kept giving me the run around, so I finally gave up and was not paying for a vehicle I could not drive they then told me they would work something out with me if I would not return the vehicle. Yes I knew that it would affect my credit but when someones in the wrong they need to addmit it insted of trying to cover it up. There are numerous complaints to this company they need to be shut down and black listed from the military
