Drive Time (aka) Ugly Duckling ripoff They sold me a lemon and won't fix the car as promised. Downey California

I bought my car 1998 Chrysler from them late March '03. At which time I was promised that any repairs that need to be done (which would be very small if any) they would gladly do them, just bring the car back to their mechanic and he will fix the problem. Not a problem, I thought.

April-aprox 5 days back and forth - Oil light stays on even though oil is in the tank. Frame sounds like it's Breaking, my head lights goes into the trees. Something seems to be wrong when I back up. May- 6 days- held my car for repairs-con't can't find the part motor mount is missing

June - 9 days held my car - internal transmission problem, I went to get my car, the horn did not blow, and someone had taken the air bag out of my car. The inside of the wheel was barely on. I went to bring this to the attention of the manager, and to ask him if he didn't think this is getting a little bit much. He told me "then don't bring it back no more".

And after all that my car is still now fixed. Plus, they have the nerve to call me every two weeks to remind me about my payment. I have truly bought a LEMON under warranty. They stall until it's over. How can a company like this continue?
