DRIVE TIME Aka UGLY DUCKLING $380 a month for a car thats /always breaking down now he policy has changed and they say i can pay them to fix it they never did to begin with every hose is taped! Orlando Florida

i recently posted info a a ford taurus 01 that i was ripped for. well, i had a lawyer look at my contract.first of all they say they were charging me 24% interest, but when calculated, they were charging me over 26%. not to mention, i was informed that the legal rate is at 18%... thats like twice the time of the legal limit! any how, also... they decided to add my deposit to the price of the car instead of subtracting it. the car is totally broken down. they have been reporting negative equity on my credit (even before i told them i didnt want the pos). i went to honda, they said i could have gotten a car loan anywhere before i went to drivetime. i was seriously tooken! anyway, i am trying to get the car off my record, i told them i did not want to pay them anymore money for a car that was constantly a problem. they tried to tell me that antifreeze in my oil is a general maint. problem. no wonder they cant seem to see a car that doesnt break down, thei are idiots! i am trying to talk to the local news to get them exposed, i dont know whats gonna happen. but if they dont take it off my credit, they will NEVER get that money. infact they should pay me all of my money back, they are the ones who lied so i would be stuck in a car for 3 years. they overcharged me for a car that wouldnt last a year. i was paying 380 a month, the car has broken down consitantly since i have had it. i have had it for a year and i have spent almost 2grand to repair it. these people need to be shut down.
