Drive Time Aka Ugly Duckling ripoff modified contract without my signature, repo'd 3 or more years ago showing on my credit report repo'd december 2004 Tucson Arizona

In 1999 I cosigned for an auto loan for a friend at work. She did not have a drivers license. Marsh the manager at drive time in 1999 told me I could cosign and she had to get her license in 7 days. If she did not they would take the car back. If she did they would remove my name from the loan.

They let her drive off the lot with the vehicle with no license and no insurance. Wwithin one year she wasn't making her payments so the repo'd the car and since then have been going after me for the money owed. I asked for copies of all the paperwork involved and going over it all noticed they have me as the buyer not the cosigner and they made several modifictions to the contract and everywhere should have my signature but they didn't and still did the modifications.

Last year dec 2004 they were threatening me so much at work and I wanted it off my credit so bad. I went and got an auto loan on my current car and sent them 4000.00 dollars that still wasn't good enough for them. After doing that spoke with my finacial advisor and he informed me I should not have paid that money that I should counter sue them for what they did.

So I sent no more money within a couple months they threatened me at work again to take me to court and sue me and I told them to do it and since then have yet to hear from them. I have been trying to refi my home and am having so much trouble doing it because this is on my credit report two times.
