Drive Time Aka Ugly Duckling Harassment on a daily basis, Calls my employer and relatives everyday ripoff Torrance California

Drive Time aka Ugly Duckling has been a problem from the 3rd day of driving it off the lot. Brakes were squeaking they said they were fine 2 weeks later I had to put new brakes on the car. Then transmission started slipping had to have it serviced the 3rd week of having the car. Then heater went out which I still have no heater.

They call all the time even before your payment would be due. Which I put up with, but it was when my mom passed away and I got a payment behind , they call me everyday sometimes 3 times a day. They call my employer and all my personal references that I had given to them.

They call my friends and relatives every other day. They have even disclosed to them what the call is in regards to. I have spoke with them several times thinking that thew problem was resolved, just for them to turn back around next day and say they have no record of agreement.

It's driving me crazy my daughter and I are afraid to even answer our phone anymore. They leave very rude messages on my machine which I have saved.

They have questioned my 15 yr. old about why every time we call your mom isnt there? At the time I was working 2 jobs. But my daughter is worried now because of phone messages they have left.

Which prior to this my daughter didn't know anything about me being behind a car payment. I'm a single mom and get no support.
