Dynamic Credit Services Ripped me off $296 Three letters of denial refunds money but to no available Las Vegas Nevada

I received a package from Dynamic Credit Services and filled it out as required. I mailed it over 2 months ago. I have tried calling a thousand times but I keep getting a busy signal. A number also indicated on the Dear Client paper is not available as well.

A voice message says, "45-4, the number you have dialed is invalid or blocked from your area code. Please check your listing and try your call again."

I paid them $296.00 for a credit card. Guaranteed approval, not preapproved. In this package was a letter indicating that if my application was denied that I would need 3 letters of denial and to call their customer service number outlined below and they would provide a complete refund immediately. I have my 3 letters of denial and tried calling both numbers and have yet to make contact.
