I got a phone call from a man who called himself Richard Kite telling me that I already qualified for a credit card with a $2500 limit. At the time I was applying for a loan of that amount and being turned down by all the banks and credit unions. I was I guess you could say desperate for the loan for a car since mine was totaled in an accident so I said yes.
I then recieved a phone call verifing my order at that time. I said no, I would like to cancel the order. The rep said ok well they debited my account anyways and I thought well ok I'll just go ahead and take the credit card. It would be useful for emergencies for me or my children.
So now I'm here $298.00 dollars in the hole making this report. It sickens me to think that people would not care who they steal from, the elderly, the sick and single moms just trying to get by. So that's my story I hope these tips that I received will help get my money back and help everyone els.

There's a lot of good info--right here at the Rip Off Report

First I would suggest you confront them for your FULL refund in writing, with a Certified Signature Required Letter. Just use the old snail mail, while you call them by phone or fax. Demand your FULL refund in the form of a MONEY ORDER.
I can only pray that you have changed your bank account numbers by now. Change those numbers. In your letter, specify that your refund has to be in the form of a money order, because they are not allowed to make any more unauthorized withdrawals from your account.
There are two volunteers that have a lot of information attatched to their Reports and Rebuttals. Use Keyword: Dynamic Credit Services, in the Search section, to get to their material faster. There is one Report dated for August 19, 2003, from Robert of Dale City, Virginia. Another is Donna, of Fort Worth, TX. They've been researching this for quit some time.
When you write your letter for a refund, and talk to them by phone, make sure they know you are telling their bank www.hancockbank.com about this corruption. In addition, if they do not refund your money, you will add your name to any Class Action Lawsuit being placed against them. Tell them Hancock Bank does not want to be associated with con artists and corruption, and that their accounts will be shut down---give you back your money now.
The person in charge is Ruth Adams. You will see her name everywhere, in this section.
You can also call Phonebusters in Canada at this number: 1-888-495-5801. They form a lot of Class Action Lawsuits, and have gotten refunds, in the past. One of the other Volunteers posted this number, but I've heard about them. They're pretty good. Call them, even while you send your letter, and confront them by phone.
Please access www.ftc.gov This is a website run by the Federal Trade Commission. They have to know. There will be an online form to complete. The higher the numbers go, the sooner they respond. This will all help to shut down this corruption.
Another site to access is www.eyeoncredit.com There may be more tips and information available, while that letter is in route through snail mail.
If you are having a problem getting to the other Reports at this site, please add a Rebuttal to your Report to let us know you can't find that information. I'll check back.
Get back to us to let us know how things turn out.
Hope this helps.
