E TOUR And TRAVEL e tour n travel Cold call to my wife telling her she won a trip - then got VISA debit card info - began debiting account Internet

On July 12 2010, my wife was cold called with information that she had own a travel package to Orlando Florida. She then was told that they had her last four of her VISA card to lend an air of legitiamacy. They further told her she had entered a contest thus the information that had on file.

All of this was a lie but she believed the caller and allowed for a 98.00 dollar charge to come out of our account with further debits to occur over the next 6  months totalling 498.00. This was a for a package to Disneyworld for 5 . After contacting Disneyworld, this comapny has no standing or contract to offer any packages.

After using Yahoo to type in the company name, found that many consumers have been left with no "package" but have been charged sum of money for no product. I sent  an email demanding our payment back, cancelled the VISA card, reported this  to my credit union and forwarded an email to the Utah State Attorney Generals' Office of Consumer Affairs to report this predatory practices.

I would warn anyone receiving a cold call from any enterprize to hang up. If you want to purchase a travel package for your family, call a local travel agent, go to web sites that can be trusted (Disney - Universal- Marriot etc.).

Unfortunely we are out 98.00 but it could have been worse as many have lost far more then one hundred dollars. Not expecting a refund any time soon. Sad commentary on some companies business practices.
