E-Tour And Travel Did not pay for Rental Car! Now my credit card has been charged 4 months later! Orlando, Florida

I was contacted by E-tour and travel and of course the trip sounded wonderful. Discount tickets to theme parks, Air flight coupon, (thank god I did not use it) and a rental car for a week. We rented the car in Concord, NC and drove to Orlando. Stayed in Downtown Orlando in a dump and high crime area for 3 days, then drove to Daytona Beach Shores, to a bigger dump with nothing but infants running all over the place... It was terrible. Luckly my wife and I are travelers so we made the best of it and did our own thing. High Pressure sales, but we made sure they knew we were not biting. Drove home and went about our merry way. 90 days later my credit card statment shows up with $265. charge on it for EnterPrize rental car. I called and they stated that E-tour had not paid their bill. The contract you sign for the rental clearly says that if a 3rd party does not pay the bill, I am obliged to pay it. Its been 55 days now and I am still trying to get my money back. They will not return my calls, or Faxes, When I do get someone on the phone they say they have spoken with Enterprize and I need to contact them. Enter prize says when they pay, they will refund my money. I dont blame EnterPrize. E-Tour is a Scam, Dont do it... Its a rip off from the word go... Just hang up the phone when they call...
