I took the day off of work for Eagle to come out and fix furnace. I have waited 6 hours and they have not shown up. It is now over 4 hours past my window time frame of them coming out. After getting in touch with American Home Shield (AHS), I was told that Eagle said they did not have me on schedule to come out. This was a flat out lie - I talked to someone in the office twice and was told they were coming out.
I don't want to go in too much detail, but if AHS gives this company to you as the contractor to come out....please, ask for someone else. They are not reliable and definately not dependable. You will waste your valuable time waiting on them to show and they will not return your phone call.
