Easy Yellow Pages Rip off!! Virginia Beach Virginia

I recieved a bill in the mail today for $479.99 from easy yellow pages. I called to find out what this is for assuming that they were somehow related to the "real" yellow pages. They informed me that my office assistant gave approval and they played me a recording of the conversation where she seamed to give approval. They did not record the entire conversation. I did not give approval and I am the only one that can pay. I was polite at first and let them know that I thought there may be some mistake. They became more aggressive and let me know that they planned to sue me if I did not pay the bill. They did offer to lower the fees to $99, but I refused. I did not order this service (I am not even sure what service they provide), and after talking to my office assistant I believe they misled her during the original conversation.
