On 8/8/13 I made order to e-cig.com for e-liquid $16.92 + s&h $4.30 = $21.22. On 8/8 $40.07 debited to my bank. I have tried every email site and telephone # on their web site. They don't respond! I tried their on line Chat and was only told my bank was at fault. Didn't get a delivery date until I had paid and got my shipping notice...3-5 weeks. Apparently the Parent company is in Shanghi, China. On the invoice there is clickable email, if you click it, it comes up AOL mail for a message but "sent" isn't highlighted - can't sent. I tried putting the address in AOL mail and was sent, but no reply. No phone call. No email. If you do get a live person on the phone its the wrong number or can't check because their system is down. If only I could reach through the phone, I am quite certain I would get an answer. Been doing business with another company for a couple years. This one just had a e-liquid I wanted that no others do.
