I ordered a starter kit from them and then because I didn't call to cancel within 14 days I was charged the full amount for the product which I don't even have.  I was told that I was sent an email stating that I would be charged this ridiculous amount if I didn't call and cancel.  I never received an email.  I called a couple times trying to get my money refunded and all they would offer me was half in a refund.  I told them this was unacceptable and informed them that I have reported them to the BBB in Florida and will get an attorney if need be.  I hope at least we can put these scamming bastards out of business because not only do they rip you off money wise, the product doesn't work anyway.
