My mother got me an edible arrangement for my 26th birthday. I was wicked excited when she told me. Well we went to Bingo that night and when we got back it turned out the guy tried to deliever it to our house and we were not there. That was ok, because they said they would come the next day.

Around noon the next day she called and asked them when it would be here and they said it is being put on the truck now and will be there soon.

3 hours went by I called and asked and they said it is still on the truck. Then another 2 hours later we called again and it was STILL on the truck. It was wicked hot that day and I was getting mad. They kept telling us it was on it's way but it wasn't. My mom said I paid a lot of money for that to be delievered not to be riding around in a truck all day. The lady said mam the truck is refridgerated. My mother said I don't care it was still on there all day and my daughter has been waiting and it's not right.

Finally at 4pm the Driver called and said he would be there in an hour cause he got lost. How could we have gotton lost when we live within a 30minute walking distance from them and a 5 minute drive from them. We finally got the arrangement an hour later and IMMEDIATLY called the company to complain.

What made us mad was they kept telling us it was on it's way when it wasn't. Not worth the hassle.

Calm Down

This customer said that the arrangement was order for a specific day and that the delivery driver came there on that day and she wasn't home.

Now she knew that he was coming and left the house anyway. There were nice enough to deliver it to them again instead of making them pick it up and she's complaining because she had to wait a little longer than she expected.

If her order was originally scheduled for say...a Tuesday and someone else had a Monday order and had this same scenario. Then her order will take priority over the Monday order because the Monday people paid for a Monday then weren't home when he showed up. Most stores aren't going to make the Tuesday people pay for the Monday persons mistake.

As far as the five minute drive is concerned, it would have been better is she just went and got it after she missed her delivery the day before. Nevertheless, everywhere is just five minutes from the store. The issues is the way the deliveries were routed.

You may be 5 minutes to the south but he started his route to someone 5 minutes to the north. He may do all of his northern customers whiles he's there then go to the south or visa versa. It's the most efficient way to get things done.

It's just not right that someone would fill out a rip off report and admit in the report that they are the ones that renegged on the delivery agreement. She requested a redelivery for the next day and they redelvered. Give them a break. They're human too.

You are a "nut"!!! Your arrangement got delivered right? Did they report you because when they initially went to deliver your arrangement you were not home? I don't think they will miss further orders from you anyways...you have issues to report something so stupid as this!!!

If you haven't used this company before I wouldn't let this post stop you! This is a franchise, which means each location is individually owned and operated. So, it may be that the owner of this location doesn't take "pride" in the company. I'm not sure. Just thought I would through it out there!
