This is to serve as warning to all parties who may consider using their services my husband ordered an arrangement ahead of time and it was never delivered for Valentines Day and when I the reciever contacted them Mrs Kimberly Tromba store manager laughed over the phone as if it was a joke repeatedly  gave me a number that was constantly busy and another that no one picks up.

Where the customer service instaed she said what do I want her to do ... seriously when you were taking my husbands money did you behave this way do you want a refund Ill give one what about sorry for the inconvienece of never recieving your package let me have this order no. your name and phone # do some research and get back to you by the end of the day.
